A new generation is on its way
Dear MyPrivate Family Office User,
As 2026 draws to a close, we would like to share some exciting developments and give you a preview of what lies ahead for MyPrivate Family Office.
A Major New Release in Q1 2027
Over the past year, we have been working intensively on the next generation of MyPrivate Family Office. This major release represents a significant step forward in usability, technology, and flexibility, while preserving the comprehensive functionality our clients have come to rely on.
Among the key improvements:
- Modernized user experience — A refreshed, more intuitive interface with simplified navigation and more preconfigured content.
- Multiuser capabilities — Compatibility with Windows Server 2025, enabling multiple family members to work within the same environment.
- Next-generation hardware support — ARM compatibility for modern Windows computers, as well as improved support for Windows running under Parallels on macOS.
- Artificial intelligence integration — New AI-powered capabilities for processing information, working with documents, and analyzing data, with a choice between cloud-based AI services and fully local AI models for maximum confidentiality.
- And much more — Numerous additional improvements throughout the platform.
We expect to release the new generation during Q1 2027.
The upgrade will be provided free of charge to all existing MyPrivate Family Office clients.
A Smooth Transition — At Your Own Pace
We understand that moving to a major new software generation should be a choice, not an obligation.
We therefore ask all clients to update their current installation to release 150160, which will serve as the foundation for the transition.
This release will:
- Continue to receive maintenance updates through 31 December 2027, at no additional cost.
- Include the functionality required to migrate to the next generation.
- Allow you to decide when the time is right to make the move.
There is therefore no need to rush. You can continue using the familiar version of MyPrivate Family Office throughout 2027 while exploring the benefits of the new generation.
A Word About Stability in 2026
We would also like to acknowledge the stability issues some clients experienced during 2026.
These difficulties were linked to changes in the Microsoft 365 environment, including an unusually high volume of security updates. The increasing use of advanced AI technologies to identify software vulnerabilities has contributed to a rapidly evolving security landscape.
Although these developments were outside our control, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience they caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
